OUR FOUNDER
Judith Ross, President, Principal Consultant, founded TWCS in 2008, bringing to the company 25 years of contractor experience supporting federal agencies in Washington, DC. Judith emphasizes, “The greatest knowledge gained from those 25 years was understanding that clients need a contractor committed to their specific vision and goals.” At TWCS, we ensure that every client feels understood and that we truly grasp their vision of a “successful outcome.”
In 2018, TWCS began forming partnerships with other exceptional professionals to expand our range of services. This collaboration allows us to provide senior-level expertise and comprehensive project support.
